Hi and thanks for stopping by. My name is Alison Waring and I’m a local photographer based out of Sanford, Florida. I’ve lived in Sanford my whole life. When I got engaged the soon to be hubs and I purchased the house directly behind my parents house.  It’s a little like Everybody Loves Raymond. Currently I travel through-out Central Florida for sessions. I shoot just about everything families, pets, high school seniors.  My favorite though are newborns. Oh newborns *sigh* so tiny and bendable. And the rolls. I love the dimples and rolls on a newborns back and tushie. The cutest.

I started off with a degree in Graphic Design, it was supposed to be 3-d animation but that stuff was hard. I give major props to the peeps at Pixar.  I have always loved photography so it was only a matter time before I jumped from graphic design to photographer.  I’m lucky to have built in models to hone my skills.  My family is usually reluctant willing to pose for me. Mr. Bacon (the hubs) and I have two kids. Both boys and complete opposites.

Baconboy is the eldest and completely obsessed with Star Wars.  He’s our thinker, lover and caretaker to Bacondoodle.  Bacondoodle is one of those fancy hybrid dogs that people pay tons of money for.  We found him in a shelter in South Florida for a fraction of the price.  Mr. Bacon drove eight hours to Miami and back to get him for me. He’s awesome.  He doesn’t shed and is hypoallergenic.  He’s a poodle crossed with a rough coated collie.  He loves to jog with Mr. B and herd the boys around the house.

Baconbits is our second child. He’s crazy (his crazy curly hair matches his personality perfectly).  He doesn’t think he just does.  A scrape on the knee is nothing to him- rub some dirt on it and keep going.  He does have a soft side- fweefwee his blankie and Bear. Bear is an old Paddington Bear that I received as a child he’s now claimed ownership.  Baconbits takes him everywhere and shares his food with him. I know so cute it makes you wanna hurl.

Let’s see…not much else. I love to cook with butter, love all things cupcake and bacon
